Each platform serves a different purpose, Facebook and Instagram for direct lead generation and conversations, YouTube for brand awareness and long-form buyer and seller education. Your strategy is built around what works best for your market.
Do I have to run ads to work with you? ↓
No. If you already have inbound leads coming in and just need the pipeline management, follow-up, and appointment-setting system behind them, we can build that for you without ads. Our Property Pipeline system works independently of paid advertising and integrates with whatever lead sources you already have.
Do I need to switch my CRM? ↓
No. We work inside your existing CRM. We request access to your current setup, organize it, and build our systems around it. You don't have to migrate anything or learn a new platform. If you don't have a CRM yet, we'll set one up for you as part of onboarding.
How long does it take to get started? ↓
After your first payment, we typically have everything set up and running within 5 to 7 business days. That includes CRM access, ad account setup, lead routing, and your dedicated team member being fully briefed on your business and market.
Who is actually working on my account? ↓
Every client gets one dedicated team member who handles your day-to-day, lead management, follow-up, appointment setting, and reporting. That team member is supported by an operations manager who oversees performance, quality, and strategy across all accounts. You always have a direct point of contact.
